i cannot turn on the security centre Error:  "security centre cannot be started"
Original title:i cannot turn on the security centrehiI cannot turn on the security centre. Everytime I try to turn it on it says "security centre cannot be started".Any ideas as to why this might be?Is my computer at risk without this being turned on?
